3. Ordering and Payment Terms

  • Orders can be placed online via our secure checkout.
  • Payments must be made in full before any product is delivered or service is commenced.
  • We accept payments via major credit cards, Stripe, and PayPal.
  • Prices are in Euro (€) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise noted.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Software Products: Delivered via download link or license key to the provided email address within 24 hours of payment.
  • Services: Commencement timelines are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Typically initiated within 3–5 working days from payment.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Digital Products (Software):

  • EU Customers: You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days only if the product has not been downloaded or activated.
  • Once the software is delivered or activated, the withdrawal right is waived as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • Faulty software or licensing issues will be replaced or supported upon request. Refunds are at our discretion.

Services:

  • Written notice is required to cancel a scheduled service at least 7 business days in advance.
  • For cancellations after work has begun, partial refunds may be issued based on work completed.
  • Subscription-based services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all information provided during registration and ordering is accurate.
  • Safeguard any login credentials provided for services or platforms.
  • Do not misuse or distribute our software, tools, or reports without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, documentation, branding, and service designs are the intellectual property of TELEPORT DATAWEB or its licensors. No part may be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TELEPORT DATAWEB shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
  • Data loss, profit loss, or service interruption.
  • Errors or delays caused by client-side systems or internet issues.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product or service.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud. Services may also be terminated if the customer misuses our software or breaches licensing terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from use of the website, products, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
